    Designing and building the internal systems that move device deployment, asset recovery, and infrastructure from manual to automated and auditable.

    • Designed a staged device-deployment pipeline — queued enrolment, retry logic, per-device status tracking, role-based access, secure logging — scaling throughput from ~400–500 to 1,000+ devices per month.
    • Delivered 6,000+ devices for the UK General Election across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and VR with zero critical failures.
    • Consolidated three MDM platforms into one (Miradore), segmented the network, and built an end-to-end asset-recovery system that recovered £60k+ of tracked damages in year one.
    • Engineered security and observability into the platform: secrets never written to logs, layered access permissions, and a full audited change history.
    • Redesigned network topology to isolate the imaging and WDS network from corporate traffic.
    • Re-architected company infrastructure: segmented the technical, office and phone networks, and automated backups across three locations to remove single points of failure.
    • Integrated AI into operational workflows with human review — script and snippet generation, document summarisation, and an email-triage automation that verifies the sender domain and routes summarised leads to the sales pool.
