Privacy
This notice explains what happens to information you provide through AI Mehdi and the contact form.
Current tab
The active chat stays in browser memory. No application database stores the transcript.
Processing
Turnstile checks for abuse. OpenAI produces AI Mehdi's answer.
Only when requested
A conversation summary is sent through Microsoft 365 to you and Mehdi.
Why I use it
I use this information to provide the requested recruiter conversation and professional follow-up.
I send a conversation summary only when you request it, and use minimal operational data to prevent abuse and diagnose aggregate failures.
I do not use your email address for newsletters, enrichment or unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Cloudflare processes the Turnstile check to help prevent automated abuse.
OpenAI processes chat requests to generate answers, with application-state storage disabled where supported. OpenAI may retain API data for abuse monitoring under its applicable terms.
Microsoft 365 delivers contact messages and conversation summaries. A requested summary goes to the address you supplied and to Mehdi.
Storage and retention
The active transcript remains in current-tab memory. It is not placed in local storage or an application chat database.
Contact and requested-summary copies remain in Microsoft 365 mailboxes under mailbox retention. Emailed copies can be deleted following a valid request.
Operational logs do not contain names, email addresses, messages, answers, raw IP addresses, cookies, Turnstile tokens or provider payloads.

Email m@hdi.cool to make an access or deletion request, or to ask a privacy question. Include enough detail to identify the relevant contact message or requested summary.
